We�re looking for a charismatic, dynamic, camera-confident Reel Creator who lives and breathes content. If you�ve mastered the art of grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds, understand trends before they blow up, and know exactly how to blend human creativity with AI-powered tools � this role is for you.

You should be comfortable shooting with DSLR/phones, using tripods, lapel mics, and experimenting with AI-driven creative enhancements. Being in front of the camera should feel effortless and natural.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging short-form content aligned with social media strategy and content architecture.
  • Ideate, script, and curate content � integrating AI-generated ideas, effects, or voiceovers where relevant.
  • Spot trends early and adapt them creatively to build high-performing reels.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and AI-based content communities.
  • Brainstorm innovative concepts using both hands-on shooting and AI-assisted storytelling tools.
  • Be confident and expressive on camera; experiment with fresh formats using a mix of traditional and AI techniques.
  • Handle the full creation cycle: Act ? Shoot ? Edit, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate or enhance output.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
  • Good knowledge of social media KPIs and how AI tools can optimize content performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL�E, Runway, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly agile, quick at executing ideas, and comfortable working with evolving trends and technology.
