Role Overview

As a UI/UX Design Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and on-brand digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll be designing interfaces for internal tools, marketing platforms, and a variety of client projects. This internship is ideal for someone who's passionate about design, obsessed with details, and curious about how users interact with technology. You'll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas can make a real impact.

What You'll Do

· Design responsive websites and mobile apps (Android/iOS) that are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing

· Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma and other collaborative tools

· Contribute to the design of landing pages, dashboards, campaign microsites, and mobile UIs for consumer-facing and B2B experiences

· Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designs

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement

· Iterate quickly based on real-time feedback from users, stakeholders, and teammates during design sprints

· Maintain and evolve our design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries for visual consistency across platforms

· Assist in conducting design reviews and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and new perspectives

What We're Looking For

· A solid portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, personal site, or PDF) showcasing your UI/UX work on web and mobile applications

· Proficiency in Figma (preferred), or similar design tools like Adobe XD or Sketch

· Understanding of responsive and adaptive design, mobile-first principles, and user-centered design thinking

· Familiarity with UX best practices, visual hierarchy, accessibility guidelines, and basic user testing methods

· An eye for typography, color theory, layout, and micro-interactions

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in fast-paced, iterative environments

· Enthusiasm for learning and openness to constructive feedback as part of the design process

· Bonus: Experience with tools like Framer, Web flow, or a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
