Team Lead-Product Owner

In this role, you will be supporting our digital marketing initiatives by managing content updates and coordinating content enhancements with business stakeholders. This role blends product ownership responsibilities with a focus on content publishing, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing web content using a Content Management System (CMS), strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the team to engineering and business groups internally, ensuring alignment on content priorities and digital marketing goals.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements (including for content updates) and enhancements across digital platforms.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on content and user experience.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with a focus on content updates, SEO improvements, and site enhancements.

• Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business requirements.

• Conduct regular reviews of site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Monitor site performance and user engagement metrics to inform future content strategies.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

• Manage ad-hoc content requests alongside ongoing sprint work, ensuring timely resolution and prioritization.

Required Qualifications

• A highly talented and self-driven product owner with 6+ years of overall experience and 3 years actively as digital product manager/owner.

• Has excellent analytical and communication skills with proven ability to influence leaders and internal stakeholders.

• Refine and prioritize the work in the backlog according to business value.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.

• Experience with CMS platforms (Bloomreach experience is a plus)

• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in web analytics, or digital campaign management.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they influence content strategy.

• Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSPO).

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise setup.

• Ability to balance short-term content needs with long-term digital strategy.
