Job Description:

Adventic Suzuki, an authorized Suzuki Two Wheeler dealership in Trivandrum, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across sales and service touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Follow up with sales leads, enquiries, and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer updates
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure proper resolution of complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer data and records
  • Remind customers about service schedules, offers, and promotions
  • Support showroom activities and customer engagement initiatives
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or automobile industry preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • Fluency in Malayalam and basic English required
  • Good interpersonal and telephone handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
