Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Manager – Performance & E-CLM located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing and managing performance and electronic customer lifecycle management (E-CLM) activities. The Chief Manager is responsible for evaluating and enhancing performance metrics, developing training programs, budgeting for department needs, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Expertise in Performance Management and developing training programs
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Experience in a relevant field and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Business Management or Human Resources
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
