About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
IT Recruiter Trainee
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT-related positions, gaining hands-on experience in talent sourcing, screening, and hiring for diverse technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical and role-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
  • Support HR in maintaining candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Learn and understand various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining recruitment reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Strong interest in
    technical recruitment and the IT industry
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
