You will be the backbone of our recruitment infrastructure, maintaining critical resources and driving process improvements that enable ENGIE to attract top talent across the region.Key AccountabilitiesSource Candidates & Talent Pipelines : Leverage innovative tools and market insights to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring our recruitment team is always prepared for future hiring needs.Screen Resumes & Applications: Analyze applications with a keen eye for detail to identify top talent that aligns with role requirements and organizational values.Coordinate Interview Logistics: Support HR and hiring managers by scheduling interviews and managing calendars for key stakeholders.Own the Job Description Library: Keep our JD repository accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards.
