As a Google Ads Account Manager you must oversee client campaigns while improving their results to meet business targets. To maximize return on investment you need to analyze performance data and conduct keyword research during the creation of ad copy and implementation of bidding strategies. Your role includes collaborating with clients to create regular reports and suggest campaign improvements which establish trust and build lasting relationships.

To succeed in this role you must possess outstanding communication skills along with precise attention to detail and an intense passion for digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple e-commerce Google Ads accounts through meticulous optimization for enhanced growth and profitability. Execute campaign strategies by launching non-brand search and shopping campaigns with Performance Max and YouTube while optimizing them for scale.

The role requires leading client calls to deliver performance insights and establish scaling strategy expectations. Utilize data analysis to allocate advertising budgets by focusing spend on campaigns that show high performance. Create structured Performance Max builds while testing asset groups and using audience insights to enhance campaign performance.

Join forces with the creative team to craft high-converting ad copy as well as image/video creative content. The A/B Testing & CRO Focus approach tests various bidding strategies along with ad copy variations and audience targeting methods before optimizing landing page layouts. Employ Google Analytics along with conversion tracking and platform insights to pinpoint top optimization opportunities.

To maintain competitive advantage in Google Ads it is vital to modify strategies according to algorithm updates while exploiting new campaign options and automation features. Requirements:The Google Ads Expert candidate should demonstrate a minimum of two years in direct management of large-scale e-commerce advertising campaigns. This client-facing specialist delivers transparent explanations of campaign results along with data insights and strategic advice to clients.

Data-Driven Marketer – Capable of metrics analysis and trend assessment to perform optimizations that enhance ROAS.This individual demonstrates proactive abilities by detecting and correcting inefficiencies independently without requiring constant oversight. Possesses fluency in English which enables effective creation of persuasive ad copy and straightforward communication with clients and team members. Demonstrates strong organizational abilities by effectively handling multiple accounts without missing optimizations or important deadlines.

Driven to Scale – Finds satisfaction in expanding accounts through new strategy testing and performance enhancement. Professional experience working with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns. Familiarity with Google Shopping & Feed Optimization.

Understanding how conversion rate optimization (CRO) influences ad performance.
