Position: Google Ads Account Manager Company: Thrive AgencyAbout the Job: Thrive Agency is seeking a talented Google Ads Account Manager to manage client advertising campaigns and optimize their performance to achieve business goals. You will analyze data, conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and implement bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). You'll also work directly with clients, providing regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to build strong, long-term relationships.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep passion for digital marketing. Your Responsibilities:Build and manage Google Ads campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives. Conduct keyword research and data analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Write ad copy and optimize landing pages to boost conversion rates while ensuring content relevance. Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to enhance ROI.Deliver regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Stay current with industry trends and new Google Ads platform features. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams to align strategies and execution.

Effectively manage multiple client accounts by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact. Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and support. Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.

Strong understanding of keyword research and targeting strategies. Ability to create high-converting ad copy. Experience managing large advertising budgets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in data analysis and making decisions based on performance metrics. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Google Analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in advanced bidding strategies.
