We Are Hiring For

Manager Powder Coating

Qualification :Bsc, Msc/ BE/B tech (Paint Tech)

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Salary: Depends on Interview

Location : Satara

JD-

Manage assigned personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality

Ensure efficient work so that QC processes are done in the shortest possible time with optimum utilization of resources

Pretreat, clean, mask, prime and powder coat a variety of parts as needed

Analyze according to given methods and compare results with specification

Perform required quality checks including in-process and final inspections

Store retain samples and remove old samples on the expiry date

Responsible for complete shift activities

Powder specific supervision of Powder lab technicians, Train people

Strong knowledge of Auto powder coating ( Gema / Wagnor) processes with multy Gun, paintaing process

including surface preparation, application, and curing for Sheet metal and structural materials.
