Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team in a leading medical equipment manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will support accounting, cost management, compliance, and financial reporting activities while learning industry-specific financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support general ledger accounting and posting journal entries.

Help in reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions.

2. Costing & Inventory Management

Assist in preparation of product costing and BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis.

Support in monitoring WIP (Work-in-Progress), raw material consumption, and inventory valuation.

Help analyze production costs, overheads, and variances.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Assist with GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and compliance activities.

Support in maintaining documentation for statutory audits, internal audits, and certifications.

Ensure compliance with industry and government regulatory requirements.

4. Budgeting & MIS

Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis.

Prepare and update financial MIS reports for management review.

Support cash-flow forecasting and working capital planning.

5. Audit Support

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Help ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

6. Financial Analysis

Perform basic data analysis to support financial planning & decision-making.

Assist in evaluating cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month
