
Sr. Sales Executive

The key responsibilities of sales executive include developing proposals, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships from inquiry to completion, collaborating with design and installation teams, and achieving sales targets. Essential qualifications include proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of interior design trends, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Consultation & Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and project requirements.
- Solution Development: Provide expert advice and present interior design solutions, products, and services, including detailed plans, color schemes, and furnishings.
- Proposal & Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sales support.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
