Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Executive located in Delhi, India. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for the accurate processing and management of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Day-to-day tasks include payroll administration, payroll processing, maintaining financial records, and generating payroll reports. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with employees and management regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

  • Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Management skills
  • Finance and related financial record-keeping skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the HR or finance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
