We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in Sea and Air Freight Forwarding to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customer service operations for sea and air freight shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal departments for smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and maintain shipment-related documentation and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Support the sales and operations team with rate inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate data and records in internal systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
