Role Description

  • Promote and sell
    Laparoscopy, OT, and ICU-related medical products
    to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct
    product demonstrations
    and provide technical support during installations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Regularly visit surgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and hospital purchase teams.
  • Handle territory sales, follow-ups, and after-sales customer support.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain CRM/sales data.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in medical device sales, especially
    OT, ICU, Laparoscopy, Surgical Products
    .
  • Good communication, product presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Any graduate;
    Science/Biomedical background preferred
    .
