Job Overview

As a Restaurant Supervisor at StayBird - Hotels And Apartments, you will oversee and ensure an exceptional dining experience at our Pune location. This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Your role will involve leading a team, managing orders, and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and efficiency.

  • Proven experience in order management to ensure accurate and timely processing within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions and effective communication within the team.
  • Upselling techniques to effectively increase revenue through strategic promotion of menu items and services.
  • Event coordination skills to manage and execute events successfully, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate and oversee special events, ensuring all logistical details are covered and executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor financial performance, aiming to optimize sales and minimize costs without compromising service quality.
