Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Gurugram. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, performing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
