Supervisor (STP/ETP/WTP)

- Supervise and manage daily site activities for wastewater treatment plants, ETP/STP installations, pipelines, and related civil/mechanical/electrical works.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, drawings, and quality specifications.
- Monitor material usage, manpower deployment and equipment availability.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
- Communicate project requirements, challenges, and progress to management regularly.
- Maintain daily operation logs, material consumption logs, shift reports, consumption records for chemicals, water, and energy
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and handover records.
- Supervise skilled and unskilled workforce on-site; ensure discipline and performance.
- Operate water and wastewater treatment systems (STP, ETP, RO, DM, MEE) according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor real-time process parameters such as pH, conductivity, TDS, turbidity, DO, flow rate, pressure, temperature, and chemical dosing levels.
- Manage daily startup and shutdown of equipment, including pumps, blowers, agitators, compressors, dosing systems, and valves.
- Maintain consistent effluent discharge and water recovery quality within limits set by CPCB/SPCB.
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of pumps, valves, tanks, agitators, membranes, filters, blowers, and electrical panels.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities or leaks immediately
- Support maintenance shutdowns and assist in repair and replacement works.
