About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role youll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their issues, answering questions, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products / services.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via chat / email / phone / social media.
- Diagnose issues, suggest solutions, and follow through until theyre truly resolved.
- Collaborate with billing / sales and operations team to communicate feedback and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions in CRM or support tool.
- Ensure that SLAs for response and resolution are met but aim to delight, not just comply.
- Track trends in tickets or recurring problems, and propose ways to reduce them.
- Capture customer feedback & ideas you're our ears on the ground.

- Excellent communicator: both in writing and speaking.
- Comfortable with tools / tech: CRM or ticketing systems.
- Organized & able to manage several threads / conversations at once.
- Willingness to work in shifts and rotational week offs.
