Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role includes developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle administrative tasks related to staff records and human resource initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Building Material, Construction, Architecture & Design industry is preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and employee relations
  • Skills in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
  • Experience of 3 to 10 Years is preferred for this role
