  • Register and file outpatient and inpatient records systematically.
  • Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel upon request.
  • Ensure completeness of medical files by checking for required documents such as discharge summaries, investigation reports, consent forms, etc.
  • Handle medico-legal case (MLC) records and assist in audits or inspections.
