About The Role:

We are seeking a result driven
YouTube and Website SEO Specialist

with proven expertise in optimizing digital assets to increase
organic traffic and online visibility

. The candidate will work on our
website, YouTube Channel and Google (My Business profile)

ensuring top rankings and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Optimization:

• Optimize YouTube channel metadata (titles, tags descriptions thumbnails) for maximum reach and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics in test preparation and integrate them into video content strategy.
• Collaborate with video editors and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all published content.
• Monitor and improve performance metrices: watch time, click-through rate (CTR), subscriber growth and impressions.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge on YouTube.

Website SEO:

• Perform comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic traffic and SERP rankings for exam-related keywords.
• Optimize content, landing pages, blog posts and resource pages for targeted keywords.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvement for site structure, page speed and mobile usability and crawlability.
• Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers and marketing team to implement SEO improvements.

Cross-Platform Strategy:

• Align YouTube content with website blog content and lead-generation goals.
• Use SEO insights to inform content planning across email campaigns, social media and paid media.
• Identify opportunities to convert YouTube viewers and website visitors into leads or enrolled students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (on-page and off-page) and YouTube channel Management.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO tools (TubeBuddy, VidlQ, etc.).
• Proficient with Google Tools: Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager.
• Experience in the education or test prep industry is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in optimizing content for exams like
  K11-K12/CUET/IP-MAT/CAT
  or similar.
• Knowledge of video content strategy and funnel-based marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HRML/CSS is a plus.
