We are hiring an
Off-roll Revenue Controllership Manager
(CA with 3–4 years of experience) to strengthen our revenue governance, compliance, and financial reporting processes.

What You'll Own (Revenue Controllership Focus):


• Lead
end-to-end revenue accounting
, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely recognition aligned with
Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15


• Manage
contract reviews
, billing validation, and assess revenue implications in partnership with Sales, FP&A, and Business teams


• Oversee
deferred revenue
, unbilled revenue, and revenue accruals with strong analytical rigor


• Drive
month-end close
, revenue reconciliations, variance analysis, and support quarterly/annual financial reporting


• Strengthen
internal controls
, ensure policy compliance, and support audits through high-quality documentation


• Lead process improvements and standardization initiatives within the revenue cycle to enhance controllership maturity


• Act as a key finance partner to cross-functional teams on all revenue-impacting matters

What We're Looking For:


•
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 2-3 years of experience in revenue accounting / controllership


• Strong command over
Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15
and financial reporting


• High proficiency Excel, and handling large datasets


• Excellent problem-solving, documentation discipline, and stakeholder communication


• Experience in large corporates, shared services, or Big 4 is an added advantage


• Notice period less than 30 days or immediate joiner.
