Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Senior Sector Expert (Estimates & DPR) is the key position in these BIDs.



Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead the development and review of DPRs, ensuring technical, financial, and environmental aspects are accurately captured.
  • Prepare and validate detailed cost estimates for civil, track, signaling, and electrical works based on current market rates and project scope.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data to ensure feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and cost breakdowns
  • Collaborate with design consultants, field engineers, and government agencies to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
  • Ensure all estimates and DPR components comply with Indian Railways standards, codes, and regulatory requirement
  • Identify potential cost risks and suggest mitigation strategies; evaluate variations and their impact on project cost and timelines.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and funding agencies with clarity and precision.


Profile/Skills

  • B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering
  • He/She should have minimum Experience of 7 years in field of Construction Industry preferably experience pertaining to estimates and preparation of DPRs.
  • He/Should have experience as Contract Managment Expert in Railway/Metro / HIgh Speed Rail/Monorail/National Highway/State HIghway/Power Transmission Lines/Canal or Dams projects
