Role OverviewThe Sector Expert (OHE) will beresponsible for providing technical expertise in planning, execution,supervision, and quality assurance of overhead equipment (OHE) works in railwayand related infrastructure projects. The role involves coordination withstakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supportingproject delivery in line with contractual and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities·       Provide technical supervision, monitoring, andquality control for OHE works in railway/metro projects.·       Review drawings, specifications, and designsrelated to overhead electrification systems.·       Coordinate with contractors, consultants, andclient representatives for timely execution of works.·       Ensure adherence to safety regulations, qualitystandards, and contractual obligations.·       Assist in project planning, scheduling, andprogress reporting for OHE -related activities.·       Conduct site inspections, identify risks/issues,and recommend corrective actions.·       Support documentation, reporting, and compliancewith project monitoring frameworks.Qualification·       Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)·       Graduate Degree in Electronics &Communication Engineering (preferred) Requirements·       Graduate Degree in Electronics &Communication Engineering (preferred)Experience Requirements·       Total Professional Experience:      For Diploma holders: Minimum 7 years of overall work experience.      For Degree holders: Minimum 3 years of overall work experience.·       Relevant Experience:      At least 3 years' experience in handling Railway/ Highway projects with a Project Management Consultant (PMC) or ConstructionAgency.Key Skills & Competencies·       Strong understanding of OHE systems, standards,and specifications.·       Familiarity with Railway electrification projectguidelines and safety protocols.·       Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings anddocuments.·       Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholdersin large infrastructure projects.·       Good communication, reporting, andproblem -solving skills.·       Knowledge of MS Office and relevant projectmanagement tools.·       Willingness to travel and work at project sitesas required.
