Position Overview:

The Bar Waiter at Hotel Chenthur Park is responsible for delivering outstanding service to bar patrons. The role includes taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests to the bar area with a friendly demeanor.
• Present the drink menu, recommend beverages, and take accurate orders.
• Serve drinks and bar snacks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables and seating arrangements.
• Assist bartenders in restocking and preparing the bar for service.
• Follow hotel policies regarding alcohol service and responsible drinking.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications:

• Both can apply, male & female (Fresher & Experienced).
• Proven experience as a waiter, preferably in a bar or similar environment.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar etiquette is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
