Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Photographer/Videographer to join our Chennai team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling through both photography and video. You will capture and produce high-quality content that builds narratives for brands — from social media reels and brand campaigns to corporate shoots and creative multimedia projects. Collaboration with our design, content, and marketing teams will be key to delivering impactful visuals that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture professional-quality photographs for social media, campaigns, websites, and brand collaterals.
  • Shoot and edit short videos, reels, interviews, and promotional films tailored to digital platforms.
  • Handle end-to-end video production including storyboarding, shooting, directing, and editing.
  • Manage lighting, composition, framing, and post-production to ensure high production standards.
  • Maintain an organized media library of photographs and video assets.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to align visuals with brand identity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and suggest creative concepts for shoots.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and client objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency with professional photography equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setup).
  • Strong knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Basic skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics are a plus.
  • Eye for detail in framing, color grading, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Ability to work creatively both independently and in collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage shoots, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree or certification in Photography, Film, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred (not mandatory with strong portfolio/showreel).
