Role & responsibilities

CRM: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints

  • Keeping customers informed about new offers/services to drive sales

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the customer experience

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (5+ years of Experience)

CRE: Manage customer interactions for e-commerce operations, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Photographer: Handling event images for marketing, catalog, and promotional purposes.

(2+ years of Experience)

Graphic Designer: Design creative visuals, posters, and digital content aligning with brand guidelines for marketing and promotions.(2+ years of experience)

Catalog Executive: Maintain and update product catalogs with accurate details, images, and specifications across online and offline platforms. Must have strong knowledge of Shopify.

(2+ years of Experience in Shopify)

Draper: Prepare and style garments/products for photo shoots and displays, ensuring neat presentation and visual appeal.(2+ years of experience)

Billing: Manage billing operations, generate invoices, and ensure accurate transaction records.
