We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic German Language Experts to join our team in Hyderabad. Whether you are a fresher with a strong academic background or a seasoned professional with relevant industry experience, if you possess B2-level certification in German and have excellent communication and comprehension skills, we'd love to hear from you.

You will work as part of a cross-functional team supporting various business operations, including translation, interpretation, customer communication, content localization, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle communication (verbal and written) in German with clients, partners, or internal teams.
  • Translate documents, emails, and technical content between German and English (and vice versa).
  • Support customer service, backend operations, or content management tasks for German-speaking markets.
  • Interpret business conversations or meetings, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain linguistic quality and consistency across all content and communications.
  • Adapt to changing business requirements and deadlines with flexibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • B2 Certification (or higher) in German from Goethe-Institut or any recognized institution (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Language Studies, Humanities, Business, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Good comprehension, grammar, and listening skills.
  • Familiarity with German culture, etiquette, and business communication styles.

Preferred Qualifications (for Experienced Candidates):

  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in German language roles (customer service, translation, content moderation, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM tools, translation software, or ticketing platforms.
  • Exposure to working in multinational or BPO/ITES environments.

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in German (B2+ level) and English.
  • Excellent comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
