Job Summary

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking professional to support communication, customer engagement, and daily operations with Chinese-speaking clients and internal teams. The role requires strong language skills, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the main contact for Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Facilitate communication between Chinese- and English-speaking teams.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination.
  • Translate and localize emails, presentations, and internal materials.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare meeting notes, proposals, and operational reports.
  • Help improve workflows and communication processes.


Requirements


  • Strong proficiency in Chinese Speaking, Reading & Writing.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, customer service, operations, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in communications, customer service, or operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
