  • Manage end-to-end SAP ChaRM processes: RfC, Normal Change, Urgent Change & General Change.
  • Configure and maintain ChaRM workflows, status updates, approvals, and change cycles.
  • Handle transport management via TMS/CTS+ including creation, sequencing, conflict checks & production imports.
  • Work on Solution Manager 7.2 setup: projects, logical components, task lists & monitoring.
  • Execute Retrofit in dual landscapes and resolve merge conflicts with Basis/ABAP teams.
  • Ensure ITIL/SOX-compliant change governance with complete audit trails and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Functional, Technical & Basis teams for change impact analysis & deployment planning.
  • Prepare weekly change reports, transport dashboards, and support CAB meetings.
  • Troubleshoot ChaRM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize the change process.
  • Provide user support, training, and continuous process improvements in ChaRM.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 per year
