**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should have experience in ChaRM end to end Configuration for different type of landscapes
- ChaRM workflow customization based on Customer requirements
- Retrofit, DGP, CSOL configurations
- Basic knowledge on Test suite, Focus build
- Experience in implementing minimum 1 project end to end in Build and Run areas
- Complete Business process setup and automatic monitoring configuration
- Data volume Management setup
- Service Delivery readiness, EWA, SLR setup with customizations
- Managed system configuration and SOLMAN configuration
- LMDB corrections/CIM CR content updates
- Security notes implementation
- Solution Manager System analysis and optimization
- Technical monitoring configuration and troubleshooting
- DAA installation and Configuring to Solution Manager
- CTS+ Configurations for ChaRM for PI/PO/Java Systems
- Configuring dashboards based on user requirement
- Solution Documentation and SOLDOC migration
- Looking for associate who can handle issues independently without the supervision of seniors.
- Focused Insights configuration.
