  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Align operations with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Forecast operational needs and prepare resource plans.
  • Manage budgets, equipment, and other resources.
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and supply chain coordination.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure products or services meet quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to support initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies or services.
  • Prepare and manage the operations budget.
  • Analyze financial data to control costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
  • Present operational insights to senior level.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Oversee daily operations of retail stores or multiple branches.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure stores comply with health and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and cost control.

Salary: per month.

Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
