- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Align operations with the organization's strategic goals.
- Forecast operational needs and prepare resource plans.
- Manage budgets, equipment, and other resources.
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- Ensure proper inventory control and supply chain coordination.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
- Ensure products or services meet quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to support initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies or services.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget.
- Analyze financial data to control costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
- Present operational insights to senior level.
- Use data to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Oversee daily operations of retail stores or multiple branches.
- Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure stores comply with health and safety regulations.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and cost control.
Salary: per month.
Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
