Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)


Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

who can
analyze financial data, build insightful reports, and drive strategic decision-making using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting
– Analyze financial data, create dashboards, and provide insights for business decision-making.


Budgeting & Forecasting
– Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth.


Power BI & Data Visualization
– Develop dynamic reports, dashboards, and visual analytics to track key financial metrics.


Variance Analysis
– Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.


Stakeholder Collaboration
– Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights.


Continuous Improvement
– Optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency using automation and best practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in
FP&A, financial modeling
, or
data analysis.

Strong knowledge of
Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX functions, data modeling).

Proficiency in
Excel, SQL, and financial reporting
tools is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to
work independently
while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
