Job Summary:

The Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing performance reports, and supporting the management team in decision-making processes related to equity, grey, and commodity markets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and sound knowledge of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform detailed analysis of market data across equity, commodity, and grey market segments.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and financial reports using advanced Excel tools.

· Track market trends, company performance, and sectoral movements to support investment decisions.

· Assist in portfolio tracking, profit-loss analysis, and return optimization.

· Support management in preparing data-driven presentations and dashboards.

· Analyse trading data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.

· Maintain and update internal databases related to trades and investments.

· Collaborate with the operations and research teams to streamline data flow and reporting accuracy.

· Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of analytical reports.

· Provide actionable insights for business improvement and strategic planning.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or market analysis.

· Expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, and Data Visualization).

· Strong understanding of Equity, Commodity, and Grey Markets.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Female candidates preferred.
