Roles and Responsibilities: -
1) Identify and develop qualified vendors for engineering and industrial components.
2) Maintain vendor database with performance ratings.
3) Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
4) Plan material requirements as per production schedules.
5) Prepare and issue purchase orders.
6) Procure items related to drying systems (mechanical, electrical, and consumables).
7) Track and control procurement costs.
8) Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality teams.
9) Ensure material quality meets specifications.
10) Monitor supplier delivery performance.
11) Arrange transportation and logistics.
12) Maintain purchase records and MIS reports.
13) Ensure statutory and legal compliance.
14) Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply issues.
15) Handle material rejection and replacement processes.
16) Conduct market research for price trends.
17) Identify alternative suppliers and substitute materials.
18) Support budget planning for procurement.
19) Implement ERP/QMS for purchase tracking.
20) Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
Experience : 3 - 5 Years.
Qualification : - B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)
Should have own 2 wheeler.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
