Associate Analytics (Data Scientist)
Position Summary
Responsible for designing and implementing our AI/ML products, managing the end-to-end execution and development of product features, and contributing to product vision and strategy.
Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in problem solving, data analytics in consulting projects and / or product development
Qualification
Holds degree in Engineering, Math or other Science
What will you be expected to do?
- Gathering and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and predictive modeling working with Product Management
- Working on multiple work-streams including data manipulation, automation and analyzing large data sets to find useful relationships, trends and generate ideas that impact overall profitability of the business
- Strong understanding of business problems from domain experts and gathering user requirements, develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity)
- Analyzing raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
Communicating complex concepts and the results of the analyses to technical and non-technical audience - Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player
Skills Required
- Must have experience in ML, Python, NLP, Deep Learning Generative AI.
- Knowledge of databases, schemas and data extraction from finance/accounting systems.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working in agile development methodologies. Know how to develop Epics, Features and Stories and refine the backlog appropriately for the team.
- Good sense of prioritization and time management
- Ability to make effective independent decisions
