About the Role
We are hiring Salesforce Order Management (SOM) professionals to join our team .The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of SOM solutions, designing orchestration flows, handling integrations, and ensuring seamless order lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management (SOM) solutions.
- Develop automation using Flow, Apex, LWC, and Composite APIs for order capture, fulfilment, returns, and refunds.
- Integrate SOM with ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build scalable data models, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement secure communication with OAuth2, JWT, and Named Credentials.
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver long-term fixes and optimizations.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Stay updated on Salesforce SOM releases and recommend adoption strategies.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (SOM) and order lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Aura.
- Expertise in Flow Builder, Orchestration Flow Designer, Process Builder (legacy).
- Experience with Platform Events, CDC, Composite API.
- Strong integration experience with ERP, logistics, and payment systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Core Clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B).
- Hands-on with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
