Role Overview

As a Subject Expert & Program Lead, you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area through personalized, high-engagement instruction

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards of national and international boards


• Teach Reading, Writing, Grammar, Literature, and Comprehension across multiple grade levels

  • Test Prep: SAT, IELTS, 11+, CAT and more country specific programs


• Prepare students for competitive/olympiad-level challenges


• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and appreciation for language and literature.


• Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning needs and cultural contexts.


• Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and academic enrichment programs

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
  • Strong subject expertise in their subject
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Comprehensive Training: 2 months (compensated)
  • Post- Training-: ₹3,60,000 CTC annually + performance-based incentives
  • Work Hours: ~60 hours/week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it
  • Travel: Business-related allowance
