Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure effective HR management within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive will also play a key role in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
