Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generate leads, and conduct market research to inform strategy. Responsibilities also include delivering impactful presentations to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and collaborating across teams to achieve business goals. This role involves active communication and strategic thinking to drive growth and fulfill organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills, including the ability to deliver impactful Presentations
  • Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech or startup industry is a plus
