Material Depot is a fast-growing platform revolutionizing how interior designers and contractors discover and source materials. With a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence, we're building a team that drives our mission forward- to simplify material discovery for India's design and construction ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Associate who will play a key role in scaling our talent engine. The ideal candidate will focus on end-to-end recruitment while supporting general HR operations as we expand our on-ground and central teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Make 100–150 calls per day to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers (especially for sales & experience center roles) to define hiring needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal HR processes.
  • Represent Material Depot professionally to create a strong employer brand in the market.
