We are excited to share an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Platform Engineer to be part of our growing team. This role involves working with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Multi-Cloud implementations to deliver next-gen digital transformation solutions for global clients.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Platform Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Implement and integrate Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver real-time, AI-driven customer experiences.
  • Collaborate on multi-cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
  • Build and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware).
  • Support POCs, AI-powered workflows, and automation to enhance customer engagement.
  • Contribute to Agentforce DevOps pipelines using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Required Experience

  • 6 to 10 years of Salesforce platform development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools.
  • Proven experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Solid expertise in API integrations and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).
  • Exposure to Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Einstein Bots.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models & best practices.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (Preferred)
