Job Title: Senior React Web Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Web Developer with strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on experience in , deep understanding of frontend development, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
  • Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in , Redux/Context API, Hooks, and ES6+ JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Material UI, and responsive design.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and front-end integrations.
  • Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in frontend development focused).
