The Analyst will support the Reporting Team in creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the 
    creation and checking of client and fund reporting outputs
    .
  • Learn and apply 
    reporting procedures, controls, and compliance requirements
    .
  • Assist with 
    data validation, reconciliations, and template maintenance
    .
  • Respond to straightforward queries and 
    escalate complex issues
     appropriately.
  • Update and maintain 
    process documentation
     as required.
  • Build a foundational understanding of 
    reporting processes and requirements
    .

Mandatory Skills

  • Basic understanding or 
    exposure to financial services
     or fund reporting environments.
  • Good working knowledge of 
    Microsoft Office suite
    ; especially 
    Excel
    .
  • Strong 
    attention to detail
     with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to 
    follow instructions and established procedures
     effectively.
  • Strong 
    communication and teamwork
     skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
     attitude with a willingness to learn.

Good to Have Skills

  • Prior internship or experience in 
    financial operations, client reporting, or data analysis
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    fund structures, reporting cycles, or investment products
    .
  • Experience using 
    reporting tools or data management systems
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    process improvement
     or documentation maintenance.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in 
    compliance and control frameworks
    .
  • Shift : EMEA/APAC/US

Mandatory Skills -

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Hands-on experience with core GCP compute, networking, and storage services.

Jenkins – Expertise in Declarative Pipeline creation and optimization.

CI/CD – Strong understanding of automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

Solid understanding of SRE principles including automation, scalability, observability, and system reliability.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes – GKE).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks.
