  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, including issues, errors, and trends, to identify areas for improvement.
  • System Development: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Improvement: Investigate production issues, recommend corrective actions, and work to improve processes and products.
  • Compliance: Ensure that products and processes meet internal organizational standards, customer requirements, and relevant legal or industry regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, development, manufacturing, and other internal teams, as well as external stakeholders like suppliers and auditors.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough approach to ensure accuracy and precision in all quality-related tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Depending on the role, this can include knowledge of specific industry standards, quality management software, testing methodologies, or programming languages for software testing.
