Role OverviewWe are searching for a dynamic and experienced growth focused Lead Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the development andexecution of innovative fintech products tailored to the needs of stock marketinvestors and traders. You will collaborate closely with cross -functional teamsto define product strategy, drive product development, and deliver solutionsthat enhance our customers' financial experiences. KeyResponsibilities: As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsiblefor:Defining and owning the product roadmap, prioritizingfeatures and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, competitiveanalysis, and data -driven decision -making.Working closely with engineering, design, and othercross functional teams to bring new products and features to market.Empowering your team by giving context, settingdirection and building alignment across stakeholders.Measuring and tracking the performance of products andfeatures, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.Working closely with the marketing team to ensure thesuccessful acquisition and retention of users for the product.Being the spokesperson of the product and createawareness and understanding of the product among target customers andstakeholders. KeyRequirements:8+ years of experience in a product management role ina fast -growing startup.Strong domain knowledge of capital markets, Indianstock markets, trading, and investing.Deep understanding of product lifecycle management,product analytics, and data -driven decision -making.Experience using analytic platforms such as GoogleAnalytics, Clevertap etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate with cross -functional teams effectively.Excellent strategic thinking and problem -solvingskills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus pointsExperience as a trader with equity and derivatives in the Indian capital marketsIf you have cleared relevant NISM / NCFM certifications, CMT Level 1 or CFA level 1.
