The Monetisation team is the backbone of our content streaming business, enhancing user experience while driving our core business model. We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape our product experience and monetization strategy. You'll lead key initiatives—Subscription, Loyalty Programs, Pricing, Offers—while balancing user needs between binge-watchers and samplers. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap for a world-class experience. Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle. Bachelor’s in CS or related field (or equivalent experience). ~7+ years in product management (tech/software/enterprise), building internal or platform products. ~5+ years in core product management (B2 C preferred). ~ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Data-driven mindset—turning insights into strategy. ~ Ability to lead multiple products and collaborate cross-functionally.
