The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Sales Specialist who will be on the road, meeting gym owners, showing GymTrak, and bringing new gyms on board. This is a full-time, travel-heavy role, and relocation is required.
What you'll do
- Visit gyms daily in assigned areas, introduce GymTrak, give short demos, and sign up clients.
- Map your market: make and maintain a list of all gyms in your territory (name, contact, visit status).
- Follow up: stay in touch with leads and past clients (calls, WhatsApp, quick visits).
- Keep relationships warm: check in after onboarding, answer basic questions, share updates.
- Simple reporting: share a daily/weekly update on gyms visited, demos done, sign-ups, and feedback.
Who you are
- 1-4 years of field sales/business development.
- Love being on the road and meeting people; comfortable with frequent travel.
- Clear communicator, confident in short live demos and face-to-face conversations.
- Basic tools friendly: WhatsApp, phone calling, and simple Excel/Google Sheets.
- A Driver's license is preferred.
- Self-driven, polite, and dependable, someone who gets things done.
