Job Description
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to proactively identify bugs, streamline testing processes, and drive high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for SaaS applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clarity and precision.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
  • Own the QA process end-to-end, from test planning to post-release validation.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to testing strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Contribute to building a quality-first culture within the team.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/testing for SaaS or web-based applications.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and database validation (SQL).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.
